Event Description:
It was in September or October 1999. Me and my friend were at home and we saw mysterious lights. I see these lights on the sky. I see these lights flashing all over the sky. It was s clear night and we could see the stars behind the lights. These lights come out from nothing, I mean, I see it in the atmosphere, not in the stratosphere!

I was not alone when I see these lights! My friend says to me, "What is this? What is that? What could it be?"

They don't change direction, I was astonished! The lights were like a cold light (blue-purple) with a little bit of white in the middle and around it. I'm sure that it wasn't a UFO. They flash all over the sky, one time here, one time there.
